Job Description:

As the Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will be part of a team driving the common cross-enterprise standards in how we deploy strategy into actionable marketing activities by developing and maintaining a continuously improving ?playbook? of marketing processes, tools and metrics that drive accelerated growth and measurable customer adoption.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clear organizational change management and stakeholder management plans are created and handled throughout the lifecycle of projects
  • Establish and maintain a strong partnership with internal customers to fully understand their business and technological needs
  • Analyze and communicate project status using standard project management analysis techniques
  • Drive routine self-assessment of organizational maturity in key marketing competencies; identify common needs and prioritize improvements by the highest economic impact
  • Drive marketing operations best practices, training and coaching on how to translate strategies into campaigns and sales activities; ensure common alignment across all the business units and develop a marketing operations maturity scorecard process
  • Drive the common standards in critical metric measurement and end-to-end campaign management
  • Utilize interactive analytics dashboards to generate actionable insights and coaching methods that business and marketing leaders can use to achieve and exceed goals versus the annual targets
  • Create and operate a playbook to train, validate and maintain the internal staff and external partners? capabilities to operate on the enterprise digital content management system architecture; develop and track adoption practices and metrics to optimize the (Joule) technology investment and end-to-end marketing process

  • Customer success obsession and a bold passion for working towards results and customer satisfaction
  • Strong business acumen, strategic planning, analytical, communication, project management, and change management skills.
  • Shown ability and aptitude to work within a global, cross-functional team environment and at all levels within the organization to lead, influence and continuously improve people and processes

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5+ years? experience in marketing and marketing project management roles including
  • 3+ years? experience with Agile/SCRUM
  • 3+ years? experience with the Adobe Experience Manager toolset
