Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice and guidance on legislative amendments and requests for funding.
• Participate in all aspects of the program in order to identify and assess issues in the audit/review process, develop audit policies, and research unprecedented technical issues.
• Determine whether organizations meet legislative criteria for designation as a qualified Canadian journalism organization (QCJO).
• Provide technical advice and support to CRA headquarters areas, all CRA regional programs and other departments and governments in respect of tax legislation and/or tax treaties and related agreements.
