Job Description: The Regional E-commerce Logistics Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and overseeing related data to support stores, warehouses and the department in the day-to-day areas of ecommerce logistics. Job Responsibilities: End-to-end responsibility of the operation at the warehouses KPIs analysis definition and follow up, with a clear focus on constant improvement Reporting of KPIs of Cost and Service to key stakeholders Definition, analysis and improvement of processes and procedures Planning for capacity, forecast follow-up and peak preparation Communication and coordination with corporate logistics and transportation departments, our commercial departments and customer service Monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality, budgets, etc. Implement corporate solutions at the warehouse Organize schedule for pick-up and delivery to the local stores Project management of new investments Job Requirements: Excellent Communication skills (presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal) performance standards.
