Job Description:
As a Zara Manager, you are an integral part of the Zara image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with store director
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate weekly timetables to team within legal deadlines
- Authorize team’s vacations and monitor attendance, daily sheets and security procedures
- Communication with other departments and regional
- Check functioning of utilities, including lights, power and air conditioning
- Organize all customer service activities: refunds, complaints
- Monitor store sales and rankings
- Check the functioning of safety elements
- Communicate section needs to Visual Commercial and Operations
- Allocate resources to every task according to actual needs
- Guarantee that merchandising and image meet the corporate criteria
- Organize and manage recruiting, training, identifying candidates for potential program, assessing team
- Supervise and authorize changes/orders of furniture and other elements of decoration/signage
Job Requirements:
- Availability to travel 1 year – 3 years
