• Knowledge on any Payroll ERP like Ramco Systems, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft
• Experience and Knowledge in handling end to end of Australia Payroll processing
• Willing to work in any shift.
• Exposure to audits, Quality standards, Continuous improvement etc
• Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and complex payroll calendar
• Effective Communication, problem solving, decision making skills and handling escalations.
• Interaction with customer, vendor and 3rd parties
• Ability to perform complex transactional activities
