Qualification & Experience:
- Assist in incident management including problem resolution and tracking problems
- Provide fast value-add responses to inbound tickets from customers, acknowledging receipt and providing next steps to the customer through both written and verbal channels
- Should have good knowledge of IT technologies and developments
- Should be available 24×7 on-call whenever needed and work with various internal teams & vendors
- Having PeopleSoft HR knowledge will have an added advantage
- Should have SQL/PL SQL skills
- Prior experience supporting Cloud applications like Taleo, Ariba, SumTotal, Coupa, Workiva will be an added advantage
- Provide proactive communication to the customer on various problems
- Troubleshooting critical, highly complex customer problems in Store & Corporate environments by working closely with other IT Teams
- Good understanding of Cloud Application Architecture, Internet Protocols, Network terminologies from an application support perspective will be an added advantage
- Prior experience working in a multi-vendor environment, technically coordinating with multiple internal / external customers & vendors and experience in a highly matrixed environment will be a plus
