+ Full time availability, accrued PTO ~ full benefits included ~ paid training
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK DURING HOURS OF OPERATIONS- Sun-Sat 8am-12am
Position will start off remote due to Covid-19.
Qualification & Experience:
- CUSTOMER SERVICE/ CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (in some cases extensive experience in sales, hospitality and/or retail may qualify in lieu of call center experience)
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- DATA ENTRY/ TECH HEALTHCARE IS A PLUS
- Previous client service, sales, and/or call center experience
- Proficient to advanced computer skills in Microsoft and Mac, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-fostered environment
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Computing device/tablet technical knowledge
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
