Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator will provide full administrative and project support for three (3) Vice Presidents. The coordinator will interface with all Univision divisions and manage workflow to ensure process and timelines are adhered to and met. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment based in NYC with potential for growth. Job Responsibilities:

  • Format Excel spreadsheets and analyze sales/spending data
  • Meeting coordination and support, inclusive of team and client events and meetings
  • Research client and relevant industry news; prepare client backgrounders
  • Prepare/submit expense reports
  • Coordinate travel plans
  • Develop and maintain: client profiles, sales databases, mailing/distribution lists, meeting calendars, shared libraries of all national and regional presentations
  • Utilize internal revenue data base systems
  • General administrative assistance, including phone coverage, copying, filing, mail services
  • Presentation development to include: compilation of audience ratings data, syndicated research resources (AdViews, Kantar Media {formerly TNS}, Competitrack, Salesforce, and Matrix)
  • Assist in the development of category/client/brand-specific information
  • Implement Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool Salesforce

Job Requirements:

  • Well-organized, disciplined and detail-oriented
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience at a media company, advertising agency, or marketing company preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and a working knowledge of Publisher
  • Experience with WebEx, Concur, SMART
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Fluent in Spanish (read and write)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Strong internet/research and analytical skills
  • Employment/education will be verified
  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Must be willing to work from office in Chicago, IL
  • Flexible with ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Energetic self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be able to manage, multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
