As a Systems Analyst within our Debt Manager Team, you will support in the design & delivery of configuration changes and enhancements within the Debt Manager platform as well as assisting with the testing of changes. You will assist in providing a range of system information and guidance to support key business areas in making business decisions with Debt Manager in mind – as well as being available to support with the identification and resolution of system issues daily.
- Demonstrate TSB behaviours whilst carrying out all aspects of role.
- Manage self to ensure adherence to TSB risk and compliance policies and relevant external regulatory frameworks.

- An understanding of Collections & Recoveries
- Experience working on a Debt Manager Platform
- The ability to understand & clearly articulate system solutions
- A good communicator, able to speak to a range of stakeholders to share clear and concise messages
- Be a good team player, working collaboratively with the wider team and getting involved in ADHOC tasks where required.
- Motivated by IT & keen to get more involved in the technical space
