Job Description:

The Chief Security & Resilience Office (CRSO) plays a vital role in delivering Lloyds Banking Group’s vision of putting customers at the heart of everything we do, helping Britain prosper, and protecting the Group and its customers and suppliers from security threats. It’s responsible for defining and communicating the Group’s security strategy and providing dedicated support and constructive challenge to business areas to ensure the delivery of an effective and compliant security risk management framework

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifies and evaluates sophisticated expertise-led solutions / supplier evidence against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs and supports the closure of remediation activity.
• Validate criticality assessments for new and existing suppliers against evolving resilience & security threats and support the maintenance of an inventory of suppliers based on their risk profile.
• Cultivate informal networks for capturing intelligence from peers in different organisations.
• Provide mentorship and interpretation of security findings from monitoring and assurance activities, working with relevant internal teams and suppliers as appropriate to ensure successful and timely completion of agreed actions.
• Support initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of security assurance processes and capabilities.
• Ensure scoping for supplier assurance reviews is appropriate and includes relevant controls for onsite testing, including utilising all relevant intel.
• Identifies shortcomings, suggests improvements, and implements approved revisions to current compliance processes, systems, and procedures within assigned unit and/or subject area.
• Support management of any supplier related security incidents through to closure.
• Provide SME support to key supplier assurance programmes including conducting onsite, remote, certification assurance reviews.

Qualification & Experience:

• Holds one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISMP, GIAC, SANS or other security related qualification.
• Validated (at least two year’s of consistent) UK 3rd Party/Supplier Resilience & Security experience
