In this role, you will first and foremost work collaboratively across Recruiters, Leader Services Human Resources Advisors (HRSPs) and hiring leaders to achieve great things together. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and Human Resources Strategic Partners to fully understand the vacant role and the skillset required
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other enabling technology to flawlessly execute a defined recruiting process effectively and efficiently
- Craft engaging job ads to attract the right talent for the role
- Influence employees of all levels using data, insights and key messages
- Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with Provincial and Federal government regulations
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match
- Network and collaborate across diverse groups to achieve outstanding results that deliver the most value
- Conduct behavioural-based interviews to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude against the corresponding vacancy
- Lead hiring leaders through the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build appropriate and accurate offer letters to support your clear articulation of our employee value proposition to prospective new hires
Job Requirements:
- Alignment with our values safety above all else, stronger together, operational discipline, curiosity and lifelong learning, and act with integrity
- Three or more years of in-house recruitment experience within a dynamic, fast paced high-volume corporate environment
- An excellent ability to assess top talent
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust and rapport seamlessly
- Strong business acumen and system thinking skills and the ability to understand an organization’s business model, operations, financials and competitors
- Resourcefulness, innovation, self-motivation, and the ability to relentlessly prioritize
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent years experience
