Job Description:

As the Sr. Manager, Store Experience & Insights, you will be responsible for driving the client experience in-store through exciting new programs, client insights analysis and retail services. You will be accountable for the strategy, profitability and performance of our retail services program in conjunction with implementing new innovative concepts in retail. You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Store Experience & Business Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary owner for the Medallia Client Survey including, developing survey questions, managing the relationship with the vendor, and analyzing performance. Provide recommendations & analysis to the field/FSC in conjunction with the Assistant Manager, Services & Store Insights
  • Be the primary owner of the Client Experience Measurement Program, including managing the vendor relationship, analyzing performance, and creating a visit cadence based on store profiles. Partner with the Manager, Selling & Client Engagement to identify opportunities to drive performance in districts & regions
  • Measure the success of new innovation by analyzing performance and providing recommendations on rollout.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the retail experience by testing new pilots & programs within retail.
  • Build, forecast and drive Retail Services P&L, across Sales, Margin & Shop Profit. Develop strategies to drive sales/profit while managing and optimizing expenses
  • Design & develop retail dashboards outlining store performance on key metrics in conjunction with the Assistant Manager, Services & Store Insights. Partner with the US on development of Canadian specific needs in Tableau Retail Reporting
  • Build Service Demand Model to forecast client demand, store scheduling, and labour in conjunction with the Assistant Manager, Services
    Build retail services strategy across Makeup, Skincare, Haircare & Fragrance. Including identifying new to market opportunities, leveraging US strategies & optimizing current services menu

Job Requirements:

  • You’re a self-starter and have strong business and technical skills in retail operations
  • You can provide effective feedback to multiple levels
  • You possess strong analytical skills and digging into data is your favourite pastime
  • You’re a strong leader with excellent management skills, and organized is your middle name
  • You have 5 to 7 years in a managerial level role and experience with leading and developing teams
  • You’re passionate about what you do, and you love to perform to the highest standards
  • You are skillful in communicating with all audiences, including Executive and operational teams
  • You can look beyond today and create new processes and standards to drive the business.
