Job Description:
As a Marketing Manager with RBC Wealth Management you will, support the Senior Marketing Manager and marketing goals of the organization. Execute the go-to market plan, incorporate marketing deliverables to support distribution and marketing strategy. Build relationships with broader organization to help create a collaborative and purposeful working environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in communication of all Thought Leadership across multiple marketing platforms and campaigns (5%)
- Create, evaluate, review and manage data resources and services across multiple departments within the organization
- Assist in managing and executing on marketing campaigns and post campaign evaluation and metrics (10%)
- Assist in social and digital activities (5%)
- Fully leverage all technology and tools, including CRM, CMS and behavioral marketing techniques (10%)
- Working with Vice President, Product Marketing – Intermediary, drive strong internal communications around all aspects of marketing ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing strategy (10%)
- Collaborate across global platform – working closely with our internal partners, Marketing Services, Distribution, Sales, Product and Senior Leaders (10%)
- Manage the pipeline and ensure execution excellence by proactively providing solutions and working directly within the firm and with affiliate firms to ensure deliverables are met (10%)
Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ years of Marketing experience preferably in financial services
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Significant computer skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Salesforce
- Specific knowledge of intermediary and institutional product set
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and e-distribution
