Purolator Canada Jobs – NHO Data Entry Operations Remediation

Job Description:

You will be responsible for remediation, preparation and clearing of items routed to you while working with multiple software applications and programs simultaneously to troubleshoot and provide resolution to allow for correct routing and billing within the sortation system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scan barcodes, reprint and/or overlabel as needed
• Escalate unresolved issues to Customer Shipment Resolution (CSR)
• Achieve department metrics on Pieces Per Hour (PPH) processed
• Responsible for working with multiple software applications and programs simultaneously to troubleshoot and add missing information
• Prepare and ensure necessary paperwork is completed as appropriate for the item
• Data entry of shipment information to ensure packages are correctly routed
• Conduct a visual review of items to assess missing information

Job Requirements:

• Organization skills
• Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding warehouse-type environment
• Demonstrated computer literacy including minimum keyboarding/typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player as required
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
