Job Description:

Do you have deep expertise in Integration and exposure to network, security and application domains? The Integration Engineer is responsible for the development and support of Integrations between Workday and other business applications across different clouds/hosting environments in an efficient and cost-effective manner – covering both new and existing integrations! You must have the ability to assess the business requirements and develop the integration solution to meet the need while working with business and technical teams across integration technologies, cloud hosting network and security.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create new and support existing Workday Integrations – ranging from standard APIs to complex integrations with Sailpoint/itAccess and SAP –
• Develop, test, and deploy workday integrations required to meet business requirements
• Solve and fix Workday integration errors
• Review, validate & enhance design, conduct performance monitoring and capacity planning; test and upgrade integrations
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate standards
• Work directly with key HR, GBS, and other partners to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off for integrations
• Create detailed Workday system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
• Conduct investigation activity/research and give technical advice to the adoption of new approaches, including their business impact

Job Requirements:

• Four-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer engineering
• At least 4 years of Workday Integration development experience (Workday Studio, EIB, Core connectors) and HCM experience, including business processes and configuration
• Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP, REST, etc.)
• Project experience in a technical or technology-functional role related to Workday

Qualification & Experience:

• Knowledge/experience with Workday Cloud Platform preferred
• Knowledge of AWS serverless landscape preferred
• Global understanding of the Workday application preferred
• Any or all certifications: HCM Fundamentals, Workday Report Writer, Workday Calculated Fields, Workday Integration System Fundamentals,
• Workday Simple Integrations, Core Connectors and Document Transformation, Introduction to Workday Studio, Advanced Workday Studio
