Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engages and assists customers by providing information, product demonstrations, and resolving customer issues
  • Assists with product events including line management, product demonstrations, and sales processing
  • Cross-sells merchandise, recommending products to anticipate and meet customer needs
  • Engages in consistent communication with others to strengthen teamwork, in addition to providing suggestions and feedback for continuous improvement while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Occasionally represents Nintendo at off-site consumer events
  • Promptly and accurately processes all point of sale transactions
  • Performs store housekeeping and merchandise restocking duties

Job Requirements:

  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime for special events
  • Ability to perform routine display repair/maintenance
  • Ability to perform consistent work with a POS system
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Interacts with peers, vendors and/or customers to share highly routine information
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel
  • Supports the tasks and procedures of assigned work group/team
  • Detail oriented, organized, and flexible
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability and willingness to develop game knowledge and experience
  • Accurate cash and inventory control experience
  • Ability to adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines
