Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in-house or agency in a PPC focused marketing role. A focus on performance marketing is essential. They will work collaboratively across key internal teams as well as with external agencies to identify new opportunities, innovation and best in class activations to excite and connect with customers through marketing activity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Briefing of assets, Ad copy approval and updating the media calendar
- Work with the agency in identifying new opportunities to grow the New Look digital business and increase efficiency
- With the help of the PPC manager and the agency, ensure New Look PPC campaigns are seen as following the best industry practices and are fully optimised
- Help the agency in creating, optimising and reporting on PPC campaigns
- Analyse data and provide insight and recommendations/learnings for future campaigns
- Address and escalate campaign performance issues where necessary
- Be a key contributor in the implementation of existing and new projects.
- Work with SEM agency and PPC Manager, to assist in planning and implementing the New Look Paid Search strategy on daily baises
- Assist in driving test roadmap, communications plan and promotional PPC activity for New Look
- Create presentations, communicate data and results to the wider organisation
- Keep a keen eye on budget and make recommendation on budget allocation with the recommendation of the agency
Job Requirements:
- Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Proficient in excel, commercial/numerate
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
- Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and media knowledge and at all levels of seniority
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) – managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
- Strong organisational skills – managing and working across multiple projects and departments
- Credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and act with pace
Qualification & Experience:
- Hands-on experience buying and optimising PPC campaigns
- Understanding of web analytics platforms to analyse performance, identifying optimisations and opportunities to drive efficiencies
- Forecast performance based on current last click measurement model, working to meet key performance KPIs (Traffic, Revenue, CoS) on a weekly basis
- Ability to proactively build strong working relationships with key agencies and partners
- Work alongside internal teams to harmonise strategies and contribute to the broader marketing programmes
- Experience with Google Ads and Bing platforms
- Experience of working with web analytic platforms – Google Analytics, Adobe / Omniture
