Job Description:
As Talent Acquisition Partner you will own the recruitment process within a designated business area, including all hiring manager engagement, sourcing and selection and attraction.You will be an expert & trusted advisor, accountable for the design & delivery of the end to end recruitment process for live vacancies to ensure hiring needs are met within KPIs & the full satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing stakeholder relationships withline managers, HR and department heads
- Vacancies are filled with the right people at the right time
- Attraction and pre selection, facilitating the assessment process
- Responsible for ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently met & individual customer needs
- Briefings with hiring managers
- Offer management
- Robust Vacancy Management Plan and Vacancy Attraction Plan
- Generation of timely and accurate MI through ATS or tracker system
- Ensuring best in class attraction, segmented and planned by workforce type
- Management of third party suppliers where necessary
Job Requirements:
- Capability to manage a number of open vacancies in an end to end capacity
- You will be self-motivated, organised and have a desire to bring the best possible talent into the business
- Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders and quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence
- Direct search methodologies
- Recruitment experience in either an agency/RPO/Onsite
- Highly organised and resilient
- Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to analyse complex situations conceptually and
- Influencing and negotiating skills
provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders - Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
- Solid experience hiring for Digital/ecommerce skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience at navigating recruitment systems and portals
