Job Description:

Our Colleague Services Team are looking for an experienced Process Analyst to provide process management expertise across Human Resources (HR) by performing end-to-end reviews and completing business change impact assessments that incorporate all aspects of the colleague lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, document & successfully deliver process improvements with tangible and measurable benefits
  • Supporting key Transformation projects with process design and development
  • Be innovative and challenging to deliver business benefits and drive Continuous Improvement activity across M&S
  • Coaching Operations Managers/Team Leaders/Colleagues in techniques for identifying process improvements
  • Analyse performance data and identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and issues including frequency of deviations and reasons for these to provide insight that will lead to improvement
  • Identifying opportunities where tools / automation can support or simplify business processes. To be able to compile a business case, present options and cost/benefit analysis to quantify opportunity in terms of time, efficiency, or FTE
  • Managing key stakeholders & working with SMEs – manage expectations and set clears standards of delivery
  • Delivering process improvement and simplification across Human Resources
  • Planning and prioritising process changes based on business impact (e.g. efficiency savings, governance)
  • Performing process & root cause analysis to drive improvement plans using tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Time & Motion, Five Whys,
  • Pareto Chart, Fishbone, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to define business requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • Strong team player able to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • A highly organised completer finisher
  • Adaptable and able to manage changing requirements and navigate a complex workload
  • Practical experience of applying Lean Six Sigma
  • Data driven; ability to gather, process and analyse large sets of data to ‘tell a story’ and influence key decisions
  • Advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
  • Demonstrable track record of process improvement with tangible, measurable business benefits
  • Ability to listen to and hear our Colleagues with excellent written and verbal communication and engagement skills
