Job Description: Our Colleague Services Team are looking for an experienced Process Analyst to provide process management expertise across Human Resources (HR) by performing end-to-end reviews and completing business change impact assessments that incorporate all aspects of the colleague lifecycle. Job Responsibilities: Design, document & successfully deliver process improvements with tangible and measurable benefits Supporting key Transformation projects with process design and development Be innovative and challenging to deliver business benefits and drive Continuous Improvement activity across M&S Coaching Operations Managers/Team Leaders/Colleagues in techniques for identifying process improvements Analyse performance data and identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and issues including frequency of deviations and reasons for these to provide insight that will lead to improvement Identifying opportunities where tools / automation can support or simplify business processes. To be able to compile a business case, present options and cost/benefit analysis to quantify opportunity in terms of time, efficiency, or FTE Managing key stakeholders & working with SMEs – manage expectations and set clears standards of delivery Delivering process improvement and simplification across Human Resources Planning and prioritising process changes based on business impact (e.g. efficiency savings, governance) Performing process & root cause analysis to drive improvement plans using tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Time & Motion, Five Whys, Pareto Chart, Fishbone, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to define business requirements Qualification & Experience: Strong team player able to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships A highly organised completer finisher Adaptable and able to manage changing requirements and navigate a complex workload Practical experience of applying Lean Six Sigma Data driven; ability to gather, process and analyse large sets of data to ‘tell a story’ and influence key decisions Advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel skills Demonstrable track record of process improvement with tangible, measurable business benefits Ability to listen to and hear our Colleagues with excellent written and verbal communication and engagement skills Job Details: Company: Marks and Spencer Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Manchester, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careerstrivia.net
