Job Description:

Lionsgate is currently seeking a Coordinator, Sales Planning to report to the VP, Sales Planning, in the Worldwide TV Sales department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize windowing/pricing with the sales team
• Maintain the theatrical release schedule and output trackers for the department
• Maintain greenlight submissions trackers
• Prepare PPT presentations
• Draft and circulate notifications for output partners
• Enter deal memos and run collision checks into SAP-based Rights Management System
• Compile avails and create tailored packages for various clients
• Support the domestic sales team on key projects
• Trouble shoot rights data – identify and facilitate correction of rights in or rights out errors, metadata and ensure new titles are reflected correctly in availability platform
• Communicate upcoming premiere windows to the sales team

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Analytical skills to understand licensing rights structure
• Excellent excel skills and attention to detail
• An understanding and/or interest in the ever-evolving TV landscape
• An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
