Job Responsibilities:
- Report findings and trends to management and the CAS Board
- Compile and publish reports to illustrate significant issues and trends
- Analyze and evaluate data from QA Report for presentation at CAS Board Meeting
- Build electronic presentation to include graphs, photographic supporting documentation, QA Audit Data, and supporting Internal Department Data
- Analyze and evaluate all forms of CAMP surveillance data for systemic issues and trends
- Compile, produce, and distribute Agenda for CAS Board meeting
- Compile, build, and publish the monthly QA Report which includes reporting monthly performance and standards as well as control limits exceeded and analysis of those limits exceeded; distribute to company officers, directors and the FAA
- Catalog audit findings so that data can be used to perform deep analysis
- Evaluate audit reports and actions entered in the QA database for comprehension, consistency, and adherence to standards of the QA department
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years statistical and/or analytical experience desired
- Must have an understanding of AC 120-79 – Developing and Implementing an Air Carrier Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System and incorporated elements specified in FAA Inspector’s Handbook
- Degree in Aviation/Management or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proficiency in creating, using, and manipulating relational databases
- Understanding or use of Six Sigma methodology a plus
