Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. You'll stock and properly rotate products on a daily basis, while maintaining all department and safety / sanitation standards. Job Responsibilities: Organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for the night crew and incoming trucks Stocks and rotates items as needed Builds, stocks, maintains, and takes down store displays Properly handles and maintains the operation of all equipment Ensures integrity of shelf tags and signage in department; may create / prepare signage, as needed Complies with departmental SOPs and store operating procedures Maintains standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation Assists with inventory control; loads, unloads, and moves product Checks shipments for out-of-date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality of products Cleans and sanitizes sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment Organizes merchandise on pallets to make the department presentable to the public Performs the duties of Customer Service Assistant as needed Job Requirements: Strong customer service skills Communication and interpersonal skills Reading and writing skills Planning and organizing skills Qualification & Experience: Minimum age 18 (mandatory) High school diploma (or equivalent) Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training (upon hire) Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Odessa, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careerstrivia.net
