Job Description:

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is searching for enthusiastic candidates with a passion for California’s natural resources and a professional yet friendly and fun-loving attitude. The position is located at the North Central Region Headquarters Office in Rancho Cordova and is only few hundred yards from the American River and Nimbus Fish Hatcheries. The office is located on the scenic American River steps from the American River Bike Trail, offers free parking, and is in close proximity to light rail service; and provides opportunity to work with great employees who have a common interest in nature.

Job Requirements:

• Customer service orientated.
• Department policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
• Read and write English at a level proficient to interact with others.
• Operate a personal computer with knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiar with basic office equipment and procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
