Job Description:
The Support team acts as the front line and liaison between our customers and our company. We routinely field technical and educational inquiries and perform analysis, troubleshooting, and testing to help the appropriate parties identify root causes and deliver solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing queries and reports to help make informed decisions
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Assist in building dashboards to visualize data
- Assist in structuring large data sets to find usable information
- Work with our Business Analyst to process information
- Assist in measuring the effectiveness of business decisions
Job Requirements:
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree and will graduate between December 2021 and June 2023.
- 3.5+ GPA preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of data analytics tools, such as Zendesk Explore and Google Data Studio (useful but not required) – Basic knowledge of
- SQL, specifically SQLite (useful but not required)
- Strong initiative; a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
