Job Description:

Under limited supervision, collaborates with other it teams, architects, and business partners to help evaluate current best practices in software development quality assurance practices. Successfully influences test development through technical guidance, configuration and direction setting. Provides leadership for the testing solutions used in delivering world-class technologies and products with the high quality required. Analyzes and resolves problems of high complexity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, performance test execution and analysis of performance test results
• Ensure performance testing results are in alignment with enterprise compliance standards
• Responsible for developing and executing formal performance test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications

Job Requirements:

• Mentoring and leading a team to achieve goals
• Demonstrated level of implementing process improvements thru automation or process enhancements
• Knowledge of Shift Left testing techniques and strategies
• Vendor collaboration
• Performance Testing experience
• Ability to manage more than one complex project concurrently
• Experience with LoadRunner Enterprise, Performance Center, AppDynamics
• Experience with testing large scale system flows
