Data Security Manager – Information Security Group

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess new data privacy requirements, create framework for effective governance of the same
• Assess and review data security challenges with respect to applications, device an approach & governance to effectively protect the same.
• Work closely with international locations for rolling out data security solutions, governance & policies
• Develop & manage support team for data security incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring
• Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
• Ensure compliance to all data security audit and regulatory requirements
• Review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs
• Responsible for team & vendor management, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Data Security Operations
• Management, administration & maintenance of security devices under the purview of data security which consists of state-of-the art technologies
• Primarily responsible for overall deployment and management of Data Security solutions such as DLP & DRM across organization.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 6 to 7+ years working in area of Information Security operations & management, Data Security including hands-on with DLP & DRM systems
• Overall 10 to 12+ years of experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
