Job Responsibilities:

  • Creative skills – to showcase the Agency’s efforts and results and educate Canadians on the administration of tax and benefit programs.
  • Technical skills – to develop and maintain online tools and information and explore the use of new and emerging technologies.
  • Problem solving skills – to review suggestions, complaints, and statistics to identify and resolve emerging trends or issues.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills – to engage internal and external stakeholders in research projects and delivery of services to Canadians.
  • Analytical skills – to compile, summarize, analyze, and provide statistics, and reports to management, as well as analyse policy, legislation, and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Indigenous Peoples are any person who self-identifies as a North American Indian or a member of a First Nation, Métis or Inuk. North American Indians or members of a First Nation include Status Indians, Treaty Indians and Non-Status Indians.
  • CRA-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma is an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience determined by the staffing board.
  • Experience is associated with the performance of these functions as part of the major job duties accomplished for a period of twelve (12) cumulative months.
  • Experience* providing administrative services.

  • Experience* drafting, editing, or revising documents such as but not limited to correspondence, training material, publications, internal procedures, reports, and presentations.
  • Successful completion of a secondary school diploma; or
  • Experience* providing services and recommendations to clients.
  • Experience* providing services to support the implementation of a project.
