Job Responsibilities: Support 12-18 Field Service Engineers to build relationships with internal and external partners in order for Costa Express to operate all it’s machine to the highest standards. Interact and collaborate with Regional Operations Manager to support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies across the field team Resource planning both headcount and tools to deliver and exceed operational efficiencies/KPI’s Drive parts usage and ensure cost efficiencies Coach, mentor and develop and develop the FSE’s to help them excel in everything they do (installations, proactive and reactive maintenance) Deliver industry-leading service levels while role-modelling leadership behaviours Provide all FSE’s with the development and tools (physical & systems related) to carry out their role effectively Job Requirements: To succeed with us here at Costa Express, it is important that you embrace our values and enjoy working with diverse and committed colleagues.
