Job Description:

As a Stores Launch Specialist, you will communicate directly with external brand owners and project manage Store design by collecting information and creative assets from brands and effectively relaying it to the design team. You may also use those creative assets to build Stores yourself. You are passionate about a quality user experience and web design, and enjoy talking directly to customers. Your role will include sharing the value proposition of Stores with Amazon advertisers and providing them with resources to pair their Stores with advertising campaigns. You will further enable Stores designers to connect immersive brand experiences with the customers who interact with them by communicating the brand image and value proposition. You are efficient and enjoy creative projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the execution of bar-raising Stores with internal Design, Quality Assurance and Sales teams as well as external stakeholders
  • Proactively manage time and deadlines for multiple projects
  • Manage the planning and delivery of high-quality Stores and educate advertisers on how to use their Stores to positively impact ad campaign performance
  • Consult with advertisers on creative strategy using advertiser and industry data
  • Communicate effectively with designers to create Stores and potentially create some Stores yourself
  • Dive deep on data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders in order to improve efficiency
  • Gather clear and concise information from brands

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Account Management or Campaign Management experience
  • Experience with Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of web architecture, usability, UX and UI Design beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Adept at solving problems that span business, design and technology
  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, advertising or marketing
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
