Job Responsibilities:
- Make difficult resource trade-offs and align leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities
- Make connections across the teams that are building solutions, identifying where we have gaps or redundancies; influencing leadership to streamline solutions and define mutually beneficial goals
- Manage a set of programs in country and regionally, in partnership with Product and Technology teams based in Seattle, as well as local in country Operation teams
- Set up scalable and reliable ways to measure success as part of every feature launch
- Optimize the balance between delivery quality, capacity, cost, and driver engagement
- Manage a team across multiple locations which supports Program Management and Operations in APAC
Job Requirements:
- Excel proficiency, basic knowledge of SQL, experience with large data sets
- Master’s degree/MBA in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Proven experience in executing technology solutions in an operational business environment
- Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal/external business partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to cater these communications to different audiences
- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, and/or operations management
- 5+ years of experience hiring and developing high caliber teams; proven ability to recruit, manage, develop, and retain a high-performing team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Business level of English (written, verbal)
