Job Description:

We are transforming our portfolio to deliver 5G, Cloud and IP products and solutions for our customers, which is a critical component of BT’s digital transformation and simplification. We have started migrating all our customers to these new products and will retire Enterprise’s legacy portfolio fully by 2025. This migration is the largest, and most important customer focused change in our market, for us and our customers in the last 15 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides project support to Programme recruitment activities including:
• Working closely with the SMT, resourcing team, & recruitment team to progress Taleo requisitions through the e2e recruitment process
• Supporting programme SMT with candidate management inc. scheduling interviews
• Liaise with senior managers across Enterprise to ensure recruitment is on track in non-service functions
• Supporting IP Migrations Programme recruitment governance board, e.g. communicating outcomes to relevant teams/updating documentation
• Works with other support professionals to ensure team onboarding material is produced and onboarding to programme is completed
• Creates templates and project environment deliverables under the instruction of the PMO
• Provides working support for day to day PMO functions covering change, quality, planning, knowledge, document control, budgets and finance, scope and reporting

Job Requirements:

• Ideally Prince 2 trained, or an understanding or Programme Management functions/operations in a complex environment
• Able to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to collaborate and carry out the functions of the role. Maintain close connection and strong relationships with key stakeholders in the operation of project delivery
• Great attention to detail and willingness to work within a fast paced and demanding environment
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Microsoft Project skills also desirable but not essential
• Knowledge of Programme and Project Management (desirable)
• Experienced in creating PowerPoint and excel documents to a high standard
• Experience of working within a project management, PMO or fast paced administrative and control role
