Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of an agreed set of project activities that support the work of the Director Wales, Communications &
  • External Relations Manager, Head of Education and Head of Arts in all areas of delivery – strategic design, planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • General office/ resource management including liaison with Global Estates and concierge team.
  • Support the SAP procurement procedure and other financial duties in support of project delivery to include raising purchase orders and budget monitoring.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all points of contact.
  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders to include but not limited to the preparation of minutes and briefings for Wales Advisory Group and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Responsible for the implementation of an agreed set of marketing communications and external affairs activities that support the work of the Communications & External Relations Manager and promote the programmes and projects delivered by the Heads of Education and Arts.

Job Requirements:

  • Good organisational ability.
  • An understanding of social media.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy.
  • Confident, team player able to liaise professionally and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good IT skills and a willingness to develop these.
