Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of an agreed set of project activities that support the work of the Director Wales, Communications & External Relations Manager, Head of Education and Head of Arts in all areas of delivery – strategic design, planning, implementation and evaluation. General office/ resource management including liaison with Global Estates and concierge team. Support the SAP procurement procedure and other financial duties in support of project delivery to include raising purchase orders and budget monitoring. Deliver excellent customer service at all points of contact. Support the development and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders to include but not limited to the preparation of minutes and briefings for Wales Advisory Group and external stakeholder meetings. Responsible for the implementation of an agreed set of marketing communications and external affairs activities that support the work of the Communications & External Relations Manager and promote the programmes and projects delivered by the Heads of Education and Arts. Job Requirements: Good organisational ability. An understanding of social media. Excellent literacy and numeracy. Confident, team player able to liaise professionally and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders Good IT skills and a willingness to develop these.
