Job Description:

An energetic and change-adept financial and business navigator for the Bose F inancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. We need a highly motivated and persistent individual interested in applying their skills in a dynamic and challenging learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead ing and continuously improving the quarterly rolling forecast process
• Manag ing the finance & GBS rotation and intern program s
• Support ing the long-range planning process
• Partner ing with operational colleagues to understand the organization, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights on the financial impact of their business decisions
• Collaborat ing across the organization to put in place infrastructure and processes to drive process improvements and gain efficiencies
• Work ing with finance colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient financial closes and report results to senior leadership

Qualification & Experience:

• 12 + years of experience
• BS in finance, economics, engineering or a technical degree
