Job Description:

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician. The focus of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to deliver feedback, coaching and deliver training
  • Well-honed communications skills, including presentation skills
  • Intermediate English (fluent English is a requirement in the UK)
  • Instructor experience (internal candidates)
  • Effective time management and team work
  • Needs to speak and write the local language “correctly” as a requirement.
  • Sense of confidentiality
  • Well-developed observational and analytical skills
  • Experience using all MS packages, such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Able to work independently and autonomously
  • Interpersonal Skills and Composure (networking skills)
  • Problem Solving
  • Process knowledge (internal candidates)

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of high voltage switching.
  • Experience of sortation machines.
  • Experience of maintaining/configuring bar code scanners.
  • Experience of print and apply machines.

  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems.
  • Multi skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Experience of conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
  • Experience in interpreting both mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Experience fault finding within MHE (Material Handling Equipment)/Automation systems.
