Job Description:

Reporting to the Advisor, Data and Analytics, the Analyst will primarily develop and maintain analytic output and data assets in order to facilitate improvements to pension fund management. The Data and Analytics team has a firm-wide analytics mandate in a complex financial environment in which the ideal candidate will be able to apply quantitative methods and further deepen financial knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver data and analytics products
• Develop and implement and maintain data pipelines
• Develop tests to validate data and data transformation processes
• Contribute to the development of the product roadmap 
• Write high-quality code and revise related documentation
• Share knowledge with various teams
• Solve analytical problems and investigate data to answer business and financial questions
• Work with the business lines and support teams

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or technological field
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
• Knowledge of data modelling concepts
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments
• Ease with the concepts of quantitative finance, statistical modelling and machine learning
• Familiarity with the cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with Git
