Job Description Costco’s Identity and Access Management group is responsible for the designing and hands on implementation of Identity Management solutions that meet the business requirement, goals and objectives while encompassing a wide range of technologies in accordance with Costco’s strategy, architecture, and security standards and guidelines. Job Responsibilities Develops, participates, and documents standard operating procedures, best practices and technical documentation. Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards. Automates and optimizes operational processes as appropriate. Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards. Provides 24x7 on-call support of production systems on a rotation basis. Assists in other areas of the department and company as necessary. Processes all incidences and requests for Provisioning and other supported applications within IAM. Performs QA testing for all of Non-prod and production issues and changes related to Provisioning process. Performs Windows Server administration, patching, monitoring. Works closely with other teams to ensure correct access for users. Ensures technical design and implementation complies with established guidelines and standards. Works mainly within ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager). Assists in the design of enhanced security authorization and authentication models. Job Requirements Self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail-oriented. Broad Knowledge in associated Infrastructure services and concepts that rely on networking protocols, authentication mechanisms, encryption methods, and security concepts. SAP knowledge helpful. Familiarity with Retail Industry compliance requirements (PCI, SOX, HIPAA). Must be able to work with application teams and assist in implementing and tuning services that are reliable, available and performing. Must track and trend metrics for continuous service improvement to include capacity, monitoring, auditing, growth, and maintenance. Knowledge of Linux / AIX helpful. Knowledge of associated technologies such as: Windows Server, Active Directory. Knowledge of associated industry protocol standards such as: OAuth, OpenID, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos. Proven ability to manage to priorities and timelines. Good understanding of design/development methodologies. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to logically think through problem resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work effectively and produce consistent results with minimum supervision. Must be self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for excellence. Successful internal candidates will have spent one year or more on their current team. Design, Build and Deploy experience with an understanding of the following concepts: high availability, load balancing, firewalls, topology models, performance testing, functional testing. 3+ years' experience in operating Enterprise-scale Identity Management Infrastructures. Experience with the design, installation, and configuration of IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM). Experience with scripting and development (Java, JavaScript, Powershell). Experience with ISIM adapters, including Active Directory Adapter, SAP Adapter. Experience with IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI). Familiarity with WebSphere, TDS and DB2 helpful.
