Job Description: We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented leader with strong customer obsession, analytical skills and ability to innovate to lead the Voice of Customer Program in our UK Marketing team. Job Responsibilities: You will own and analyse customer and site performance metrics, conduct research to understand feedback from our customers, identify opportunities to increase engagement with the programme, driving consideration and customer retention. You will influence all elements of the customer journey with direct impact on customer marketing and site experience, and support partner teams including selection and instock management, providing recommendations to help achieve our business goals. Job Requirements: Drive site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, engineers, and designers. Create an experience that makes shopping both easy and fun for customers while also meeting business goals. Work with design and copywriting partners to develop and uphold a coherent experience for customers. Providing insights and regular reporting to the business on customer and site performance data. Use data to make recommendations that will improve shopping experience, or optimise marketing campaigns. Qualification & Experience: Proficiency with Excel Willingness to Think Big, but also roll up your sleeves to get things done in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and comfortable with extracting and handling data to make recommendations. Bachelor’s degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. 6+ years experience in grocery retail, preferably online Communication and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust up, down, and across the company.
